DAY-OF-COORDINATION

The Lisa Ivler Events day-of wedding coordination service is perfect if you’ve already planned your big day and just need a professional to bring it all together.

About six weeks before your wedding, we’ll step in to tie up any loose ends so you can relax and enjoy the moments ahead. On your wedding day, we’ll follow your plans and specifications to ensure everything runs smoothly, just the way you envisioned it.

We’ll serve as your main point of contact for your family, wedding party, guests, and vendors, guiding everyone through setup and logistics based on your timeline.

After your consultation about three months before your wedding, you’ll work with a Lisa Ivler Events consultant who will help you complete any remaining details and fine-tune your event design to match your vision and budget. On your wedding day, you’ll have a direct line of communication for your family, wedding party, guests, and vendors.

Your coordinator will run the ceremony and reception according to your specifications and make sure everything flows perfectly. Your vendors will be guided through setup based on your timeline, so you can stay focused on enjoying every moment.
